Our Santa Maria Grill is designed for the backyard. These grills are distinctive, open-fire barbecue systems that originate for the Central Coast of California. With a hand crank wheel that raises and lowers the cooking grate you can instantly control the heat for perfect searing and slow roasting without relying on vents or dampers.

Shipping is not included in the purchase price. Once the grill is completed you can pick up at our shop in Freedom, WY free of charge. The Santa Maria can be shipped on a pallet.
