Shipping policy

Flat Rate Shipping We offer flat rate shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Your shipping rate will be displayed at checkout.

Processing Time Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order items (including the Santa Maria Grill) have a lead time of 8–10 weeks.

Shipping Carriers We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on your location and order size.

Order Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Santa Maria Grill Shipping The Santa Maria Grill ships on a pallet. Shipping and handling fees are invoiced separately near the completion date. Free pickup is available at our shop in Freedom, WY. A shipping quote can be provided upon request.

Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll resolve it promptly.
